Vivian Thijssen Student Assistant

Vivian is involved as a student assistant in the Resilience and Security research line. She supports administrative tasks and organizes events, such as the Community of Practice meetings. Furthermore, she is engaged as a research assistant in the Emotional Labour in the Borderlands project, a scientific and artistic research focusing on ethnic profiling at border controls. She holds a bachelor's degree in Criminology and a bachelor's degree in Law, which, combined with her work activities and the master's in Comparative Criminal Justice, allows her to pursue her interest in the functioning of law and society.
